New Director SARIA Group HR
From November 1st 2022 Claus Eckmann strengthen the SARIA Team as the new ‘Director Group HR’ for the SARIA Group. A key task will be to team up with the local and divisional HR units in order to create a resilient and powerful network that will enable SARIA as a Group to meet the strategic challenges jointly and efficiently while providing professional support for the constant process of change.

„I‘ve been driving the development of the group-wide human resources activities at Rhenus for ten years. Together with my team, I was able to give „HR“ a new, modern face including a new employer brand, professional recruiting and people development and the establishment and support of decentralized HR functions. I also contributed to the development and communication of the company and management values as well as the new HR strategy.“
ABOUT MY ROLE
“I am convinced that HR is first and foremost a ‚people business‘ and that the people make the difference between good companies and excellent companies. In my new role as Director of Group HR, SARIA gives me the opportunity to do what I love and what drives me every day. I am excited to start tackling the different topics together with the HR managers in the countries and the divisions and create value this way.“
MY RESPONSIBILITIES
Further development of the company culture and the organization, support in the war for talent as well as the continuous development of management and employees. Furthermore the building of a resilient and effective SARIA HR network in which cross-divisional collaboration is a matter of course and creates value for the business.
