April 14, 2023, marked a milestone in SARIA’s recent history: Devro joined our Group as an additional business unit in the Food & Pharma division.

Not only did we welcome over 2 000 new colleagues to the team, we also expanded our portfolio to now include collagen-based products such as films, gels and coatings used in the food industry, mainly for the production of sausages.

To reflect this development, the SARIA corporate presentation has been updated and can be downloaded below. (Note: The revenue figure in the presentation refers to the financial year 2022 and therefore does not include Devro, seeing as the transaction was not completed until mid-2023.)
