Inside the Ingredients & Energy Strategy Process
What you need to know
To ensure a clear strategic direction for the future, SARIA Ingredients & Energy is launching a comprehensive strategy process across the entire division. This process will be structured into two key workstreams:
- Bottom-up assessment: Each country, business unit, and function will evaluate its market position, opportunities, and challenges. This includes market dynamics, an overview of suppliers, competitors, and end customers.
- Macro perspective: A broader analysis will focus on market trends, attractive geographic regions, and developments along the value chain.
The goal is to develop a strategy that provides clear priorities and a detailed market assessment—both at the country level and for the division as a whole. This process will involve all countries and experts across the division, ensuring a well-founded and collaborative approach.
While the divisional strategy will create an overarching framework, country strategies will remain country-driven, led by the respective local teams.
